Dinner Steak with Walla Walla Onions

Char-broiled and served with a tarragon bordelaise sauce and caramelized sweet onions

Roasted Vegetable and Mushroom Ragout (vegan)

Served with gluten free chickpea penne pasta, hearty red sauce and fresh herbs
